Dan McIntoshDan's thorough understanding of the movement demands of the baseball athlete enable him to look deeper into the injury to understand the cause. He will then help develop a plan with you that will ensure that you get back on the field quickly and safely, with a greatly decreased chance of re-injury. He is also your go-to resource if considering an aggressive long-toss or weighted ball program for performance enhancement. These programs carry greater risk than traditional programs, but that risk can be mitigated by being assessed ahead of time and monitored closely throughout by a professional familiar with them.
